بالرغم من الأوضاع الصعبة المتأزِّمة , لا يزال الدعم مستمر من دون انقطاع للشعب اللبناني من قبل اللجنة الفنية العسكرية للبنان (MTC4L).
هذه المرة كانت مدينة صيدا محطة إهتمام من قبل اللجنة، و الجدير بالذكر بأن مدينة صيدا هي بقعة تقاطع استراتيجية تاريخية بين لبنان الحاضر ومدينة فينيقيا القديمة. بنظرة خاصة لمكوّن المجتمع المحلّي للمدينة، حيث سيلتقوا أبناء المدينة المسيحيون والمسلمون في الصلاة التي ستقام بمناسبة عيد ” إنتقال العذراء”, أرادت لجنة MTC4L المشاركة بتقديم هبة لبلديّة مدينة صيدا في هذه المناسبة الدينيّة، عبارة عن ملابس لصالح الأطفال. بمشاركة رئيس البلدية د. حازم خضر بديع و أعضاء من المجلس البلدي و فعاليات إجتماعية و قنصل إيطاليا الفخري في لبنان المهندس أحمد سقلاوي و ممثل عن مكتب التعاون المدني والعسكري (CIMIC) التابع للجيش اللبناني العميد الركن إياد العلم، والعقيد ساندرو إيرفولينو قائد البعثة العسكرية الثنائية الإيطالية في لبنان (MIBIL).
صيدا، المدينة التي تتواجد على بعد 40 كيلومترًا جنوب بيروت، وهي مدينة تعايش حيث تضم مختلف الطوائف الإسلامية و المسيحية و إن كانت تتخذ الطابع الإسلامي السنّي, إنما التعدد و التعايش لمختلف الأديان و الطوائف فيها تعكس تظهر صورة لبنان الحقيقية. إن ميزة بلاد الأرز تعدديّة المعتقدات المتواجدة في الشرق الأوسط، بغض النظر عن الصعوبات التي يواجها لبنان، استطاع أن يحتفظ على الطليعة في تحقيق والمحافظة على التوافق لهذا النسيج الذي لا مثيل له في هذا العالم أجمع.
خلال تقديم هذه الهبة, شكر رئيس بلدية مدينة صيدا اللجنة، الممثلة بالعقيد أتيليو كورتوني، قائلا”بأن هذه المبادرة تعبرعن مدى وقوفهم لمساعدة السكان المحليين, و التي تترجمت بدعم الأطفال.
MTC4L، هي مبادرة إنسانية وبناء للقدرات بقيادة إيطالية، وهي مؤسسة حديثة على مستوى دولي، ذات هدف مزدوج: أولاً دعم الجيش اللبناني و ثانياً دعم السكان اللبنانيين أكثر من أي وقت مضى من خلال الهبات الإنسانية. إنّ اللجنة الفنية العسكرية للبنان تعمل بقيادة وبتوجيهات اللواء الركن ديوداتو أبانيارا, كما تمتثل وتحترم كامل قرارات منظمة الأمم المتحدة و المهمّات الثنائية والدولية المتواجدة حالياً على الأراضي اللبنانيّة، وهي في الوقت الحالي مكونةّ من 8 دول شريكة: إيطاليا والولايات المتّحدة الأميركية وكندا و هولند اوالمملكة المتحدة وفرنسا وألمانيا
16th august 2024. Despite the difficult situation, the Military Technical Committee for Lebanon (MTC4L) continues its support to the Lebanese population.
This time, the focus has shifted to the city of Sidone, a strategic crossroads for Lebanon and an ancient Phoenician port city. For a very special occasion also for the local community, where Christians and Muslims join in prayer for the feast of the Assumption, MTC4L has donated to the Municipality of Sidone, clothing for children. Local authorities, including Mayor Dr. Hazem Khodor Badieh, were well represented along with a representative of the city council. Moreover, attending the event were the Honorary Consul for Italy, Mr. Ahmad Seklawi, a representative of the Department of Civil and Military Cooperation (CIMIC) of the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) and Colonel Sandro Iervolino, Commander of the Italian Bilateral Military Mission in Lebanon (MIBIL).
In Sidone, a town about 40 km south of Beirut, where the predominant religion is Sunni Islam, there are also Christian communities, Shia and Druze, and this concentration of religious realities testifies that multi-confessionalism, which is the authentic expression of Lebanon. The land of cedars, in fact, is among the nations with the largest number of believers in the Middle East and this characteristic, despite the difficulties, puts it at the forefront in a world increasingly open in order to accept the differences that unite.
In addition to the donation, the Major of the Municipality of Sidone took the opportunity to thank the Committee, represented by Colonel Attilio Cortone, who “with this initiative has shown closeness to the population, interpreting the needs of the little ones.”
The MTC4L, a multilateral humanitarian and capacity building initiative led by Italy, has recently been established at international level with a double purpose: to support the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) but also and above all to support the Lebanese population through humanitarian initiatives. The Military Technical Committee for Lebanon is led by Major General Diodato Abagnara and operates in full compliance with the UN resolutions, bilateral and international missions already present on the territory and is currently composed by the following 8 partner countries: Italy, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands.
16 août 2024. Malgré les conditions difficiles et tendues, le soutien au peuple libanais se poursuit sans interruption de la part du Comité Technique Militaire pour le Liban (MTC4L).
Cette fois, la ville de Sidon a été au centre de l’attention du comité, et il convient de noter que la ville de Sidon est une intersection stratégique historique entre le Liban actuel et l’ancienne ville de Phénicie. Avec une attention particulière à la composante de la communauté locale de la ville, où les citoyens chrétiens et musulmans de la ville se rencontreront lors de la prière qui aura lieu à l’occasion de la fête de l’Assomption de la Vierge, le Comité MTC4L a voulu participez en offrant un don à la municipalité de Sidon à cette celebration religieuse, constitué de vêtements au profit des enfants. Avec la participation du maire, Dr. Hazem Khodor BADIIH, des membres du conseil municipal, avec la participation du Consul honoraire d’Italie Eng. Ahmed SIKLAWI, un représentant du Bureau de coopération civile et militaire (CIMIC) de l’armée libanaise et le Colonel Sandro IERVOLINO Commandant de la Mission Militaire Bilatérale Italienne au Liban (MIBIL).
Sidon, la ville située à 40 kilomètres au sud de Beyrouth, est une ville de coexistence car elle comprend diverses sectes islamiques et chrétiennes, même si elle est du nature un Islamique Sunnite, mais le pluralisme et la coexistence des différentes religions et sectes qui y vivent reflètent la véritable image du Liban. L’avantage du Pays du Cèdre est le pluralisme des croyances présent au Moyen-Orient. Quelles que soient les difficultés auxquelles le Liban est confronté, il a réussi de rester à l’avant-garde dans la réalisation et le maintien de l’harmonie de ce tissu sans précédent dans le monde entier. .
Lors de la présentation de ce don, le maire de Sidon a remercié le comité, représenté par le Colonel Attilio CORTONE, en disant : « Cette initiative exprime à quel point ils s’engagent à aider la population locale, ce qui se traduit par le soutien aux enfants ».
MTC4L, une initiative humanitaire et de renforcement des capacités dirigée par l’Italie, est une institution moderne au niveau international, avec un double objectif : d’une part, soutenir l’armée libanaise et, d’autre part, soutenir la population libanaise plus que jamais grâce à des dons humanitaires. Le Comité technique militaire pour le Liban opère sous le comande et les directives du Général de Division Diodato ABAGNARA. Il se conforme et respecte également toutes les résolutions des Nations Unies et des missions bilatérales et internationales actuellement présentes sur le territoire libanais. pays : Italie, États-Unis d’Amérique, Canada, Pays-Bas, Royaume-Uni, France et Allemagne
